We have made our website a simple to use as possible, there are 2 ways to find a product.

1. "Site search",  the site search button is the silver circle in the left hand corner. Type in a keyword or phrase that is related to the product your want to find.  Then press the pink "go" button, A list a products will then be displayed in the main content page.

2."browsing", you can browse edock using the popout catagories menu at the left hand side of the site. Simply hover your mouse pointer over the desired catagory, then the menu will expand with more products, to select one simply click on the desired product type.

This will take you to your "shopping basket" which will confirm the total price. When you are ready click on the "green" continue button.

If you are not "logged in" or "registered" you have to do so before you can continue with the purchase.

The next stage is to confirm your delivery address, make sure the details are correct then click on the green "continue" button.

Selecting your payment option. There are 2 choices, either pay with your debit or credit card or using paypal express checkout, select one and click continue.

Now you are ready to enter your card details and look foward to recieving your new purchase.

At edock we dont hide the cost of delivery in our products. We do offer low rate delivery charges the standard delivery charge is £4.99. There are higher shipping costs  for larger items that may require a 2 man delivery team.

How long will delivery take?   Delivery will take 3-5 days, from the posting date.

What if im not at home for the delivery?   Dont worry if you are not at home to recieve the delivery,  our delivery service will post a card through your door stating the next delivery time

What time should I expect the delivery?  We deliver items between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

"Returning unwanted items".  You may return an unwanted item within 7 days of receiving it if the item is unopened.

• We can only refund the cost of the delivery if it was a result of error.
• We can only refund or exchange an opened item if it is faulty, or if we sent you the wrong item.
• If your product developes a fault after 7 days then you are pretected for 12 months with your manufacturers warranty.

 Our products are covered by a 12 months manufacturers warranty.

 Your warranty covers issues such as,  product faults and breakdowns and does not cover exterior, cosmetic damage and damage through ill treatment. Contact us immediatly either by phone or email, we will then asses the case and take the neccesary steps to resolve any issues. In most cases a replacement product  will be issued or fixed.
